Print instructions

  1. If you do not have a valid SRS username and password yet: Buy a SRS Samsung unlock account
  2. Download & run our SRS installer and make sure you install Samsung drivers.
  3. If present uninstall 'Samsung PC studio software' and 'Samsung KIES software' from your computer
  4. Turn phone on without simcard and enter pin if needed
  5. If present on your phone make sure Bluetooth is turned OFF and 'Auto Keypad Lock' is off
  6. Make sure battery is fully charged
  7. Connect your phone to the computer with original Samsung USB cable
  8. Check the phone if it asks for a mode, if so select 'PC-Studio mode / KIES mode'
  9. IF your computer will pop-up with new hardware wizard. You forgot to install drivers from step 2. Disconnect phone go to C:\Program Files\Simlock Remote Client\Drivers\samsung_usb.exe run the file. Restart computer then reconnect phone.
  10. Run Samsung Remote Unlock Client (Start -> Programs -> Simlock Remote Client -> Samsung Remote Unlock client)
  11. Login using your SRS login
  12. Select your phone model from the drop down list
  13. Press 'rescan'
  14. Click 'Read SysInfo Codes'.
  15. Disconnect phone and enter the unlock / unfreeze codes in the phone manually
