Originally I was looking at a different site and they offered 2 hours wait for the code and no mention of the weekend. But I preferred the look of your site and went ahead with the order. And then got totally mixed up - apoligi
FTR. The sequence for unlocking for my phone went as follows.
Inserted T-Mobile sim card into an Orange phone.
PIN number requested and I entered the correct PIN for the sim.
Network Lock shows with box to enter code.
I entered your code and the screen went to the set-up: language, time, date etc. I confirmed what was already there and I now have a sim-lock released phone.
Thank you once again for the assistance. I shall recommend your service to my friends
and colleagues.

hi all succesfully unlocked samsung U600 with original cable. didn't work under w7 but win xp ok.
just be aware that the autodetection of the com port didn't work well for me, needed to check the COM list to find the correct com port. go to the com list a use the displayed port NOT the one list under "modem"

Unlocked successfully Samsung Behold 2 t939. I had trouble unlocking with Windows XP Home Edition, but when I tried Windows 7 x32, it was breeze: really simple and easy. Thank you!

Just for others, who get a pain in the ass to unfreeze F480 Touchscreen :
I had to insert "wrong" simcard,
-> then got the possibilities to "SOS" or "Call" (no other way to access dialpad)
-> pressed "Call"
-> entered the pure Freeze-Code with # behind (all other forms like #7465625*638*Code# with all Card-constellations didn't work in my case with frozen phone)
-> et'voila ,the Networklock-Input-Window appeared
-> entered pure NCK-code, and all was fine

i did press confirm after i typed in the qxdm code but when i did that it went back to the regular screen and then srs failed to bypass msl so i typed in the qxdm code again and just left the qualcomm mode up on the screen and didnt press confirm just to see what happen and srs unlocked the phone. so i guess its different for other phones.
anyways it unlocked now, thanks guys i will recommend srs to anybody i come across who want to unlock their phone.

I finally got my phone unlocked. After i bought the e210 data cable i had a really hard time finding the proper driver for the cable, but i searched for the "device instance id" which was "VID_0403&PID_E40B" beacuse the other FTDI drivers i had wouldnt work cause the instance ID in the install file was different. But when i installed the right one it worked, YAY!

ik wilde mij L760 unlocken en in het begin ging het wat stroef, maar dit kwam omdat ik zelf wat haast had. Toen ik niet verder kwam een mailtje gestuurd en letterlijk binnen 8 minuten had ik een reactie gekregen waarmee het mij uiteindelijk gelukt was.
Echt een goede service dus en mijn samsung is ook perfect unlocked.
