Breaking Samsung unlock record

So we know it seems as if we are a bit quiet, but nothing is further from the truth! The SRS servers are in fact breaking all kind of Samsung unlocking records rushing to almost 120.000 unlocked Samsung phones and other brands from our new SRS api (Alcatel, Bios, Huawei, BlackBerry etc) are also climbing.
Of course we are working on Samsung also, it is a bit quiet for new Samsung models but that is because Samsung is building up to the big Samsung Galaxy SIII release expected in April.

Database stability

Ok, so to keep our website highly available and fast for all parts of the world we use something called a database cluster. The software for this called 'Galera' and it is a very good piece of software normally, however in the last update a new bug appeared.
So now every time communication breaks for a little while between 2 of our servers the database system falls apart. The developers of Galera are working hard on a fix but until this fix is released our database is unstable and can cause problems like we had yesterday. We are now ... Read More -->
Support back to normal

In case you didn't noticed it yet (of just haven't had any need for our support) all is back to normal since 2 days already.
We are going to launch a website spokesperson soon on the website the help our visitors navigate through our website more quickly and easily with just somebody telling you where to go next, how easy is that?!
We have re-written a part of our Unlock by Codes system to make it more compatible and easier to adapt as we noticed a small problem in last couple days but this has been fixed ... Read More -->
Travel day - 1 day no support

Tomorrow (15 feb 2012), support will not be able to respond to any support tickets due travel (12:15 hours of flying). All tickets will be replied Thursday the next day.
The new exclusive Unlock by codes Europe service is running smooth and the turn around time is actually pretty good, it is currently a little over 13 hours, which is a lot better then the announced 24 - 48 hours. We are happy to be one of the very few websites still delivering this service and above all this fast!

Samsung by codes Europe Update

So unfortunately still no codes delivered today, even the exclusive back-up service we have access to for European unlock codes refuses services so far. We realize some of you have been waiting for the unlock codes quite some time now so we decided to offer the following options from now:
- Full refund
- Change to unlock by cable + partial refund to make up for difference in product price
- Some more waiting
