A SRS baby has been born!!
We would like to congratulate SSA, the SRS programmer the man we can not function without, and his wife for becoming brand new parents. Of course we want to wish all the best for the happy new family and some well earned rest for mama so she can recover fast and fit. Although that rest will probably be short lived with the upcoming short nights :).
We hope they will be very happy together and wish them all the luck and happiness in the world!

Support system fixed but..
We finally managed to fix the support system. Several users reported errors and problems logging in when using the support system hosted on our European domain www.unlocksamsungonline.eu/. We managed to fix this finally but in the process some created tickets have been deleted, these are only tickets created today.
So when you are trying to login to see your ticket status and you get some message that it doesn't exist please recreate your ticket. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Seems that our US server has some problems and it crashes during back up(somewhere middle in the night US time), that is why we have been experiencing some down time last 2 days. We are looking into the problem to solve it.
